Returns, Cancellations & Refund Policy

BIKE ORDER CANCELLATIONS: 
Bike order cancellations must be requested within 24 hours of the order being placed. If you wish to cancel your bike order, contact our Customer Support team for further assistance. 

If you wish to cancel an order that has already shipped, we can recall your order or you can refuse the shipment at delivery, however, a 15% restocking fee will apply. All shipping costs are non-refundable.  
  
ACCESSORY, MERCHANDISE, AND PARTS CANCELLATIONS: 
If you would like to cancel your accessory, merchandise, or part order you will need to contact our Customer Support team for further assistance within 24 hours of when your order is placed. If you wish to cancel an order that has already shipped, we can recall your order or you can refuse the shipment at delivery, however, a restocking fee may apply. All shipping costs are non-refundable.   
 
PREORDERS AND BACKORDERS: 
You will need to contact our Customer Support team for further assistance.  
 
ORDER CHANGES: 
If you would like to make any changes to the items (size/color/model/quantity/ 
additional accessories) in your order you will need to contact our Customer Support team for further assistance within 24 hours of when your order is placed. Once your order is shipped, we are unable to modify the items in your order.  Please see our return policy below. 
  
ADDRESS CHANGES: 
If you need to request an address change for a bike, accessories, merchandise or parts delivery, please contact our Customer Support team within 24 hours of the order being placed. Delivery Address changes must be approved by McLaren Bikes and are subject to additional rerouting fees. 

Please note we are not able to update the billing address once your order is confirmed. 
 
STORAGE AND RE-DELIVERY FEES: 
All bike orders are delivered by a 3rd party carrier. If you are not home at your scheduled time, miss your delivery window, or need to push back your delivery date after your bike has already shipped; additional charges will be applied before your bike can be delivered. 
 
RETURNS AND REFUNDS: 
While our goal is to ensure that every McLaren owner falls in love with their bike as soon as you open the box, we understand that sometimes our customers may need to return their order. We want to make this process as streamlined and transparent as possible. 
 
BIKE RETURNS: 
We stand by the quality of our products and do not accept returns on used items. All items for return must be in their original packaging, packed as received, in new condition, unused, unaltered, and undamaged. Proof of unused items will need to be verified with photos and submitted to our Customer Support team within 14 days of delivery. Size changes are subject to McLaren Bikes’ approval. Please check for the correct size on our sizing chart prior to placing your order. 

For any transit damages, please report the damage with supporting photographs within 24 hours of delivery to our Customer Support team. For any warranty returns please refer to our warranty policy. 

Customers should not create their own return labels and ship a return without first securing McLaren Bikes’ authorization. McLaren Bikes will provide you with further packing instructions if the return is approved. We can either offer to provide you with a pre-paid return label for a fee of 150 USD or you can arrange for shipping with a reputable carrier and provide us with proof of shipping to the address provided by us, subject to acceptance by us.  

If you require a new box, let us know and we'll send you one. There will be a charge of 100 USD if you require a replacement box.  

Once we receive the Goods at the agreed address, we can then inspect and confirm compliance with our returns process and proceed to issue a refund. If your item is returned to us in unacceptable condition: including damaged frame, missing, dirty or worn components, used drivetrain components, scuffs and signs of use, ridden or subjected to adverse weather, poor or incomplete packaging, your item will be returned to you and considered a final sale and non-returnable. Additional charges may apply. 

McLaren Bikes will issue the refund minus the 15% restocking fee once the item is received and passes inspection. All shipping costs are non-refundable.  
 
CUSTOM ORDERS AND PRODUCT CUSTOMIZATIONS: 
Custom Orders for Goods that have been altered in any way for the Consumer at their request as well as the Goods that have been altered by the consumer directly during the ownership are not eligible for cancellation/return and refund. 
 
SPARE BATTERY RETURNS: 
All spare battery purchases are FINAL sale. We do not accept returns or exchanges on batteries except for what is explicitly covered by our warranty, and only after receiving our approval for the replacement. 
 
ACCESSORY, AND REPLACEMENT PART RETURNS: 
Accessories or spare parts purchased on our website can be returned within a 14-day period after delivery as long as the product is unused, sealed in its original packaging, and in a resellable condition. Subject to approval by our Customer Support team, proof of unopened items will need to be verified with photos.

McLaren Dealership (showroom) purchases are not eligible for online returns and must be returned in-store. 
  
REFUNDS: 
McLaren Bikes can only process all refunds to the original form of payment. If your original form of payment is no longer available, please contact our Customer Support team for an ARN number to be provided by yourself to your banking institution for fund re-routing to your new account. Please allow up to 14-30 business days for your bank to credit the funds back to your account. 
  
AFFIRM REFUNDS: 
Refund processing times vary and can take up to 14 days, depending on your financial institution. To check your refund status, check your Affirm account and your original form of payment method. If 14 days have passed and you are still missing your refund, please contact Affirm for further support.

Items ineligible for return: 

• The item was not purchased from https://McLaren-bikes.com/ 

• It has been more than 14 days since delivery 

• The item has been used 

• The item is not in new condition 

• The item was marked "final sale" 

• The item was damaged by improper use or accident 

We know that sometimes a ride is what it takes to know if a bike is suitable. However, to be eligible for a full refund, the bicycle and its accessories must be clean and not display any damage or signs of wear, exceeding that which could be expected to establish that the bike is not suitable for the intended purpose.
